Dylan launched his kinesiology career at the age of 20 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC. Dylan enjoys designing functional movement plans for all of his clients, educating his clients about their bodies, and finding creative ways to engage and ‘find’ muscles.
Prior to his studies Dylan from small-town Sharon, Ontario, was a full-time reserve soldier for the Canadian Armed Forces for 5 years. Besides his experience as a reservist, Dylan is an avid traveler. He has lived in Sweden, Australia, and the U.K. and has traveled to 50+ countries. He has accomplished a lot during his travels including major hikes on 6 continents.
He gained real-world experience at the Mt. Everest base camp. In 2015, Dylan spent time as a volunteer surgery assistant at the Shahid Memorial Hospital in Nepal. In that same year, he led several people to safety from Everest Base Camp when both an earthquake and avalanche occurred.
Dylan’s real-world experience, combined with his love of the outdoors converge on his special interest: understanding the human body’s limits at altitude and extreme physical activity. He applies this to each client – no matter their physical goals – to make sure that whatever they do, they can do it at optimal performance.

2nRAZ EntertainmentOctober 5, 2024.This was my first time seeing Chris Connolly and he was very professional. His needles helped me a lot with my back pain. Also Tanya at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend coming hereJoanna WooOctober 4, 2024.I've been treated by Karim 1-2x per week for the last 2-3 months due to an injury to my wrist and he's been a key part of my recovery! When we started, I could not turn a doorknob or lift anything above 2lbs, but with his guidance, I've been steadily recovering. I appreciate his level of expertise and thoroughness from a professional perspective, but also really enjoy sharing stories about the ridiculous things our cats do that make us both hate and love those chaotic fluffballs.Bree JOctober 1, 2024.I live about 13 hours north of this practice so I had to resort to a virtual appointment. Words can’t express how grateful I am they offer that. Karim actually educated me on my symptoms, and gave me great advice with an even better exercise program. I have spent over $2,000 locally in the last 6 months trying to feel better. Who knew my relief would be from a virtual visit. Thank you so much!Ming KwanOctober 1, 2024.Jennifer Aberhart is amazing, I would definitely recommend Jennifer for Acupuncture and Physiotherapy treatments.Sreyashee BhaumikSeptember 23, 2024.Amazing experience, great physiotherapists, have been treating my tennis elbow injury for the last 4 months and really happy with the progressKaren CalvanSeptember 12, 2024.I had an instant relief after my first session with Karim!
