Becky grew up playing competitive soccer and has always had a passion for physical activity. It wasn’t until she dislocated her knee and required physiotherapy that she truly appreciated the value of being able to participate in sports. During her rehabilitation, Becky discovered a deep interest in the science of human anatomy and physiology, which led her to pursue a post-secondary education in the field.
She went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge. Becky has since gained valuable experience in a variety of clinical settings, including mental health and chronic pain management, acute injury care, biomechanical coaching for injury prevention, and return-to-work services for workplace injuries. Her passion lies in helping others enhance their quality of life through movement and education.
Becky is a member in good standing with British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists
